1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer local delivery only within the following areas:

• Saint Petersburg, FL

• Tampa, FL

• Clearwater, FL

Orders placed outside of these areas will not be fulfilled at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery

• Local deliveries are made between [insert delivery hours].

• Customers will receive a confirmation email or text with delivery details once the order is out for delivery.

• An adult 21 years of age or older must be present with a valid government-issued ID to accept delivery of alcoholic beverages. Failure to provide ID will result in the order being canceled without refund.

4. Shipping Fees

• Flat-rate delivery fee: $5

• Free delivery on all orders over $50

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or for missed deliveries when no adult is available to receive the order.

6. No International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside our designated delivery zones.
