At Sip C Wines, we take pride in the quality of our wines and your satisfaction with your purchase. Because we sell perishable goods (alcoholic beverages), all sales are final except in cases outlined below.
1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive the wrong item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Failure to be present at delivery or provide a valid 21+ ID.

Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Personal taste preferences once the product has been opened.
4. Refund Method
